- The Texas Omega Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity failed to meet academic standards for the third consecutive semester, Fall 2019.
- Sanctions

- The chapter may NOT host/co-sponsor ANY social* event (defined as date parties, mixers, formals, semi-formals, parties or any event with alcohol) for the semester.
- The chapter leadership (president and scholarship chairman) will schedule a meeting with the Office of Student Involvement AND a representative from the regional or inter/national office to discuss the chapter's academic performance.
- The chapter will not be allowed to participate in Homecoming events or Greek Week activities during the semester (whichever is appropriate).
- The chapter will not be allowed to participate in any Recreational Sports programs.
