• Clinic Appointments may be made by calling the Vinson Health Center (VHC) at 940-397-4231. Students are encouraged to make appointments in advance, whenever possible. Same-day appointments are available, schedule permitting.
  • Students unable to keep an appointment must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a “No Show Fee,” and to free up the appointment time for other students who may need it.
  • Students must bring their student ID card to receive service at VHC.

The Student Health Center does not issue excuses for classes. This matter is between the student and the professor.

Clinical Hours

Fall and spring semesters: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:30 PM

Summer I and II semesters: Monday, May 15-Tuesday, August 15, 2023, 7:30 AM-12:30 PM and we will return to our full time hours of 7:45 AM-4:45 PM on Wednesday, August 16.

Not a summer student but need an appointment?

If you were enrolled in spring classes and will enroll in fall, you may pay a one-time medical service fee per summer semester to receive services at the Vinson Health Center.
