New ILL System
Moffett Library's new catalog includes an updated interlibrary loan system. ILL forms are now accessed through the requests tab on your library account page.
Please note, the new ILL system uses the same username and password as the MSU Texas portal.
Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service by which patrons can submit requests for materials not held at Moffett Library. Midwestern State University students, faculty, and staff may use this service, which is free of charge.

Who can use Interlibrary Loan?
This service is available for currently registered MSU students and current faculty and staff.
If you are not affiliated with MSU, please use your local public library for interlibrary loan requests.

ILL Pick Up Policy
Scanned articles will be provided in PDF format for pick up via users' library account. Notification of the item's availability and instructions for viewing will be sent to the email address on file.
Books, microforms, and audio/visual materials can be picked up at the Circulation Desk in Moffett Library. A valid ID card must be presented to pick up materials. Users will be notified by email when an item is available or if there are any issues with fulfilling a request.
Note for Faculty: If you would like someone else to pick up your ILL items on your behalf, please notify the Interlibrary Loan Department at ill@msutexas.edu or 940-397-4171. Authorized users can be added to your ILLiad account. A valid ID will be required to pick items up.
