This request is required if you will be enrolling in two colleges during the same term. It is necessary for the tracking of your satisfactory academic progress and the transferability of these courses back to MSU.
Application for this program should be made by completing the following form well in advance of registration.

Once this form is processed through our office, you will receive a confirmation letter through the mail. If the school you are attending is a quarter hour school, it is your responsibility to indicate that when requesting concurrent enrollment.
