About

The MSU Texas Senior Giving Challenge is an opportunity to plant your roots by leaving a legacy on campus before graduation. Your gift will positively impact the next generations of students. By making a gift today, at any amount, you will be creating your own legacy at Midwestern State University while setting an example for others to also give back.

Gifts

Gifts can be made to any part of the university you would like to make an impact. As the first class to participate in the MSU Texas Senior Giving Challenge, your goal is 110 donors!

Any gift of $5 or greater will be counted toward the Senior Giving Challenge. To show our appreciation for your philanthropy, with a donation of an amount that is at least your graduation year (for example, 2024 graduates would donate $24) you will receive an MSU Texas Legacy Cord.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I donate when I already pay tuition?

Tuition only covers a portion of the cost it takes to operate MSU Texas. By making your donation, you are helping support various aspects of campus including funding vital scholarships for our students. Giving back to your alma mater helps ensure Future Mustangs have the same experience you did.

Will my donation make a difference?

The percentage of alumni and students who give, regardless of the amount, impacts the university's rankings and boosts our overall giving percentage. In addition, last year gifts of $50 or less added up to $20,000 of support for the university!

What can I give to?

Whether it's in honor of a professor, a campus organization or your college, you can give anywhere on campus you would like to make an impact.
