Annual faculty and staff training is distributed by a third party each January, and satisfies the training requirement listed on the faculty training list.
In addition, Federal Title IX Regulations and Texas State Law require specific training that is separate from the above for the Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators, as well as staff and faculty members that serve as investigators, decision markers, appeal officers, and facilitate informal resolutions.
