The deadline for Waivers, Exemptions and Third Party Contracts is the 12th class day for Fall and Spring semesters and 4th class day for Summer semesters.  Forms submitted after this date may not be applied for the current semester.

Students receiving benefits from a third party (i.e., Texas Tomorrow Fund,  Military, or assistance from their employers) must provide the signed and approved form to the Business Office as payment for tuition and fees prior to the payment deadline.

MSU will invoice the agency directly for the approved amount of tuition and fees. Any remaining balance not covered by the third party agency is the responsibility of the student.

Students must also sign a Release of Information allowing the MSU Business Office to communicate with the third party agency regarding their student account.
